Readers can travel the world without stepping on an airplane, boat, car, or train. Fill up a reading passport and see the world through different books and genres! Braddock Eagles in the 3rd and 4th grade have been exploring different reading genres. Students are now ready to embark on a reading journey by following these steps:
- Choose a genre to explore. Click on the Genre Overview Chart to find a good one.
- Select a book from: FCPS Library Catalog, myON, or TumbleBooks to read.
- Click on Reading Genres: Reading for Fun and Knowledge! to choose four out of nine interactive activities to share your reading with others.
- Don’t forget to fill out the planning sheet as it will make the activities much easier!
- Explore new genres! Be creative! Have fun!
