Reading for pleasure inside and outside of school has real and long-lasting benefits. It unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are.

Our Scholastic Monster Book Fair is a reading event that brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child’s reading habits.

• Book Fair dates: Friday, December 4 through Monday, December 14
• Shopping Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Family Night on Thursday, December 10 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend the Fair in person, we invite you to visit our Online Book Fair.  Our online Fair is available from November 29 to December 12, 2015.  Books will be sent to Braddock Elementary and can be picked up at the library or distributed to students to take home.

We also LOVE our Book Fair Volunteers! If you would like to help students pick out books during school or on our Family Night, we would love to have your help. A Book Fair Flyer will be sent home Friday, December 4 featuring lots of great books. Parents are welcome to shop at the Book Fair during school hours or at the Family Night event on Thursday, December 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. We accept cash or credit card only for Book Fair purchases.  We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks.
